We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our trusted shipping partners. Please allow additional time during sale periods, public holidays, or peak seasons.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner, typically within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be displayed in your cart. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at eluvierofficial@gmail.com.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
We declare accurate values on all customs documentation. We do not falsify customs declarations.
6. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or absence, the carrier will typically make additional attempts or leave a collection notice. If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs may apply.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at eluvierofficial@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your parcel appears lost in transit (no movement on tracking for 10+ business days), please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
