Returns, Refunds & Complaints

We want you to love every ELUVIÉR piece. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. This page covers voluntary returns, statutory withdrawal rights, faulty or incorrect items, and our complaint process.
1. Returns — Change of Mind
You may return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Hygiene items (underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned once opened
- Sale items marked as final sale are non-returnable
How to Return
- Email eluvierofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU / International Customers)
If you are located in the European Union or a country with similar consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is in addition to our standard returns policy.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page or send a clear written statement to eluvierofficial@gmail.com.
Once withdrawal is confirmed, you must return the goods within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Stripe card payment) within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your card provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, faulty product).
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eluvierofficial@gmail.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
5. Complaints & Warranty
If you have a complaint about product quality, a manufacturing defect, or any aspect of your purchase experience, please contact us at eluvierofficial@gmail.com. We treat all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
Our products are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
Consumer warranty rights under your local law are not limited by this policy.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the returns process above and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Withdrawal Form
You may use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal. Complete it and email to eluvierofficial@gmail.com, or print and post it to our registered address.
